I had a lovely stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering a charming lake view and a balcony that provided an incredible vista of Lausanne and Lake Leman. The service was mostly accommodating and courteous, although there was a slight delay in resolving an issue with the room. The location was very convenient, right in the heart of Lausanne, near the city center and not far from the train station. The dining experience had its ups and downs but overall was satisfying. The facilities were adequate and contributed to a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, boasting two bathrooms in each room. I had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The beautifully decorated and spacious rooms were perfect for me, especially with a view facing the lake. The service was super friendly overall, although sometimes a little bit confused, except for one woman who provided excellent advice. The location was very nice, with several good restaurants nearby and being centrally located with stunning views of the lake. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of hot food, fruit, muesli, cheese, and cold meats. Overall, a great place to stay for a memorable trip.
