I had a lovely stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering a charming lake view and a balcony that provided an incredible vista of Lausanne and Lake Leman. The service was mostly accommodating and courteous, although there was a slight delay in resolving an issue with the room. The location was very convenient, right in the heart of Lausanne, near the city center and not far from the train station. The dining experience had its ups and downs but overall was satisfying. The facilities were adequate and contributed to a pleasant stay.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The beautifully decorated and spacious rooms were perfect for me, especially with a view facing the lake.
